This is a utility for batch querying sequence identity using Genbank Accession number lists in UniGene databases or Affymetrix Probe ID in Affymetrix database.
 
In addition, the reliability of a given human EST sequence to represent a gene is also analyzed based on:
  • the clustering consistency between UniGene, TIGR Human Gene Index,  IMAGEne and ENSEMBL
  • relationship of the EST clone to different clusters
